1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use TailorsLog, we may collect and process the following:

1.1 Personal & Business Information

• Name, email address, phone number, profile picture, password.
• Business name, business logo, business address, WhatsApp number, country, and state of operation.

1.2 Payment Information

Card number, cardholder name, and CVC (stored in encrypted form).

All payment processing is securely handled by Flutterwave and Paystack in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

1.3 Customer Information (Added by Users)

TailorsLog users may save details about their own customers, including:

• First name and last name
• Email address and phone number
• Gender
• Body measurements
• Physical address
• Additional notes entered by the user

Important: Manlago does not own this customer data. We act only as a data processor, providing the platform for users to store and manage their customer information. Each user is solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers before adding personal data into TailorsLog.

1.4 Usage Data

• Features accessed
• Subscription plan details
• Regional availability of services
• Analytics about activity within the App

2. How We Use the Information

We use data for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your TailorsLog account.
• To allow you to create and send invoices to your customers.
• To process and secure payments.
• To communicate with you (support, updates, and promotions).
• To provide features and subscriptions available by region.
• To generate analytics for service improvement.

2.1 Subscription Context

TailorsLog is a subscription-based service. Your payment information is used to bill your subscription.

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time without any penalty fee.
• If you cancel your account before the end of your billing period, you can continue to use TailorsLog until that period concludes.
• No Refunds for Unused Time: TailorsLog does not provide refunds for any unused portion of the subscription after cancellation.
• Exceptions for Unauthorized Charges: If you notice unauthorized charges or billing issues, TailorsLog provides contact information to attend to any concern.

We do not sell or rent your information or your customers’ information to third parties.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share data only in these limited cases:

• Payment Processing: With trusted third-party providers (Flutterwave, Paystack) to handle transactions securely.
• Cloud Hosting: With Amazon Web Services (AWS) for reliable storage and infrastructure.

We do not share your personal or customer data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored securely on AWS servers.
• Payment data is encrypted and handled in line with PCI DSS standards.
• We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and follow best practices for global data protection.
• Customer body measurements and other sensitive information are treated as confidential and protected with strong security measures.

5. User & Customer Rights

As a TailorsLog user, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

As customers of TailorsLog users, individuals may:

• Request that the business (our user) delete or update their data.
• Expect that their data is processed only as instructed by the business they engage with.

Currently, TailorsLog does not provide a direct download/export feature for user or customer data, but this may be added in the future.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion, we will erase your data in line with applicable laws and best practices. Certain transaction records may be retained where legally required (e.g., financial regulations).

7. International Use

TailorsLog currently operates in Nigeria and will expand to Ghana, with plans for global access. By using the App outside Nigeria, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data on servers hosted on AWS.
