These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tailors Log mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), and other relevant regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.
Service: The Tailors Log application and related services, enabling tailors to manage customer details, create and send invoices, track orders, save measurements, and monitor expenses.
User: Any individual or entity (e.g., tailors or their authorized representatives) who registers for or uses the Service.
Customer: An individual whose personal data (e.g., name, contact details, measurements) is entered into the Service by a User.
Subscription: A paid plan (monthly or yearly) required to access the full functionality of the Service.
Personal Data: Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under the NDPA.
Payment Processor: Paystack, the third-party service responsible for processing subscription payments and encrypting payment card data.
PCI DSS: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, governing the secure handling of cardholder information.
Customer Data: Information about Customers (e.g., name, email, phone number, measurements) entered into the Service by Users.
Manlago reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email, in-app notifications, or by posting the updated Terms on our website ([______]). Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
